Mocha Protein Cappuccino
OH MY GOODNESS! This is such a wonderful diversion from regular coffee and cappuccino, and even protein shakes! Wow! That covers a lot of ground!
I love my cappuccino with half and half in the mornings and have been wanting to find something else I could drink without all the dairy. And shakes are not my favorite but I can do them to get that extra protein needed.
But you have to give this a try.
It is a mocha protein cappuccino! And it is so simple!
Here is the recipe:
1/2 c unsweetened vanilla almondmilk (organic)
1 scoop whey protein powder (grass fed)
1/2 T cocoa powder (70-100% cacoa and organic)
If you have a frother, simply place all the ingredients in a shaker bottle and shake until blended. Pour into frother and let it froth up according to the machine’s instructions. Pour frothed milk into coffee cup. With your coffee machine, whether it be The Keurig machine or a more traditional device, simply add coffee to frothed milk in cup. Stir a bit and ENJOY!
If you do not have a frother, simply put all the ingredients in the blender until frothed up and pour into your cup and add coffee, stir a bit and ENJOY!
